Ricks Bar
Ricks Bar sits at the side of a popular
condo Atlantic One
Over the years this bar has run under
many different names
But as Ricks it has only been open for a
few short months
A nice tranquil setting next to the pool
with good shade for those who wish to get out of the sun for a much needed
break,
More to follow?
Ambiate
Ambiante is located on the main through
road in and out of Costambar with a large outdoor seating area and a small
compact bar inside it’s a good spot to sit and chill; only recently opened and
slowly making their mark through their blend of Dominican and European music.
Capicua
Capicua
is located on the main road through Costambar and run by Peter who has been one
of the main restaurateurs in Costambar over the last 17 years, and in every
case he has provided a vast and varied menu, all who have eaten there have become
repeat customers time and time again, the varied menu incorporates German,
Austrian, European and Caribbean food seated in a friendly environment, a nice
relaxing place to eat and chat with some really nice people.
Bieke’s Bar
Bieke’s Bar well what can you say about
the world renowned Bieke’s bar that has not been said before?
The first and last bar in and out of
Costambar, everyone who comes through our town has stopped or has been made
aware of the bar, and its special place in Costambar folklore.
The bar it’s self is only 25 feet long
but 100 feet in character run by Bieke and his better half Liz.
This bar is the place to come to watch
everyone else come and go, while sipping your Cuba or chugging your beer
whatever your tastes are, it can be accommodated for, food is available
whenever the cook say’s so? (But is always worth the wait)
Bieke’s is best known for its Saturday
specialty Bieke’s Burger (To ensure you get one order) or get there early.
Bieke’s was the first place I drank when
I first came here 5 years ago, he told me a few things to remember about the
place and they are as true today as they were then a good man and a good bar
(if you’re up to it?)
